Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The pendant must be undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Items that are visibly damaged or altered may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@apolytus.net within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number

The reason for return

Any supporting photos if the item is damaged

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
